Found in December at night in the middle of the road - absolutely terrified and confused. A good Samaritan was trying to catch him and I stopped and helped. I went back during the daylight the next day. He belonged to a nearby house - they have meat rabbits running free range. They got him 2 days prior and let him loose. Clearly he is tame and had no idea what to do. They were going to put him back outside and so I took him home.

He was examined by a veterinarian and neutered. If you watch him very closely, he has a very slight tilt of his head (like star- gazing) but it is hard to catch if you aren't looking for it.

Male - Neutered

Born ~ 10/2023

Med./Lg. size ~ 6.9 lbs

White with red eyes

Alvin is litter box trained and will only urinate in his box. He prefers to drink from a water bowl. He does excellent on Oxbow Adult Rabbit pellets, 1/4 cup twice daily (he lives for his pellet time!) and free choice timothy hay. He absolutely loves to stretch his back legs out (sploot) and crash out in hilarious positions.

He is super sweet, and loves ear rubs. He is a very curious bunny and does not seem stressed out when my cats or my dog check him out through the cage. Car rides freak him out but he will settle soon afterwards. He seems to love when I get home and he will sit facing towards me in the living room and listen to all the happenings around him.
